Kearsarge Pass (11,760') - June 13, 2007 : Second day of a two day backpacking trip from Onion Valley on the east side of the Sierras. This gallery includes pictures from Flower Lake to Kearsarge Pass at 11,760 feet. I'll add captions soon. Rather than making one massive gallery, I divided this trip up into two sections. Dusy Basin - August 2007 : A three day backpacking trip with Kyle in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. August 17-19, 2007. This was his first time backpacking and first time in the Sierras. Day 1 was from South Lake over Bishop Pass into Dusy Basin. Day 2 was spent exploring the upper and lower Dusy Basin in Kings Canyon National Park. Day 3 was back over Bishop Pass to South Lake.
